More Than Framing

Built On Purpose

Our company Story

Dayspring Construction, founded in 1976 in Spokane, Washington, by Wayne Davis, as a Pacific Northwest contractor specializing in commercial and multifamily wood framing. From the beginning, the company built its reputation on hard work, dependability, and a commitment to quality that continues today
Originally focused on apartments, retirement communities, and commercial projects primarily in Eastern & Central Washington. Dayspring expanded in the early 2000s when Nathan Davis joined the family business. He helped bring operations into the Seattle metro area and throughout the Northwest, eventually becoming President and owner in 2018.

Today, Dayspring provides turnkey wood framing packages, in-house wall panel prefabrication and delivery, structural steel fabrication and erection for components integral to wood framing, and general contracting support. With project detailing, BIM modeling, and dedicated wall yard operations, the company combines prefabrication and field expertise to reduce waste, improve quality, and keep projects on schedule. Dayspring’s work spans high-density multifamily housing, podium apartments, schools, fire stations, retirement communities, and mixed-use developments across the Pacific Northwest.
The company prides itself on hard work, accountability, and delivering well-built projects for its clients. At the same time, Dayspring maintains a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement—expanding services and capabilities to respond to market needs while ensuring projects are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
